Store Policy

Angry Octopus Aviation (also referred to herein as ‘us’ or ‘we’) strives to make our customers satisfied with the merchandise purchased from us.  We also aim to be as transparent in our business practices as is reasonably possible.  As such, before making a purchase from www.angryoctopusaviation.com, please be aware of the store policies which will govern the sale.  At this time we only sell and ship to customers based in the United States of America.  Most of the merchandise sold on www.angryoctopusaviation.com is produced on-demand and upon receipt of your order so please carefully check your order before submitting it to us.  For questions, comments, or concerns please reach out to us at Jeff@angryoctopusaviation.com.

Returns/Exchanges

Most items are custom produced upon receipt of your order and are not maintained in inventory.  As such, most items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective upon your receipt.  Please carefully check all clothing sizes, colors, and styles, prior to placing your order.  If you have questions regarding product sizing, please reach out to us prior to placing an order.  If you have received an item that is defective in material, workmanship, or print quality, please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt to allow us time to address the issue with the manufacturer. Do not directly return merchandise to the manufacturer as they will not issue refunds.

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective in material, workmanship, or print quality, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of the item, but no later than 14 calendar days after receipt.  Please email us a description of the defect along with a photo and we will work with the manufacturer to make it right. Contact us directly prior to returning any defective merchandise as the manufacturer will not accept the item unless it has been deemed defective in advance and no refunds will be issued for merchandise that is directly returned without authorization.

Cancellations

Orders placed with us go into production status with the manufacturer after receipt.  It is unlikely that we will be able to cancel an order once it is sent to the manufacturer as we do not control their production process.

Shipping

Angry Octopus Aviation is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.  Items produced by our manufacturers will ship directly to you as soon as they are ready.  If the item is held in our physical inventory, we will make every effort to ship it as quickly as possible.  You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.  We are a small business and your patience is greatly appreciated.  If you have not received your order within 14 days of placing it, please reach out to us so that we can work to identify the cause and resolve it.

Please carefully check the address on your order prior to submitting it.  If the item is returned to the manufacturer as undeliverable due to a customer error on the shipping address, we may be able to have the item re-sent to you for an additional shipping charge.  Please contact us as quickly as possible so that we can work to resolve the issue.
